The ION BLUE Standard

Peptides Done Precisely

Most skincare asks you to trust a label. We'd rather earn it. The ION BLUE Standard is the set of rules we hold ourselves to on every product we make — written down, in public, so you can hold us to them too.

The peptide market runs on big numbers and hidden formulas. We built ION BLUE on the opposite idea: tell you exactly what's in the bottle, only use amounts real research supports, and never claim more than the science can back. These are the rules behind that.

  1. We disclose the exact amount. The active concentration is stated plainly — no proprietary blends hiding how much is really in the formula. A number you can't see is a number you can't evaluate.
  2. We stay within the range research supports. We formulate only within the concentrations real cosmetic research actually studies — never an inflated figure chosen to look impressive on a shelf. With peptides, a bigger number is not a bigger benefit.
  3. The label is the truth. What the label says is what's in the bottle, and every batch is checked against a certificate of analysis before it ships. We don't round up for marketing.
  4. We say "studied for," not "proven to." We describe what an ingredient is researched for, and we're honest about the limits of that evidence — including when it's still preliminary. We won't promise a result the science hasn't shown.
  5. If the science changes, we change. We follow the research, not dogma or trends. If better evidence points somewhere new, our formulas move with it — and we'll tell you why.

Every claim we make traces back to a real, peer-reviewed source. We publish those sources for free in our Peptide Research Encyclopedia and on our Scientific References page — including the parts that are uncertain or still developing. It's not marketing. It's the homework, public.

When you see a product formulated to the ION BLUE Standard, this is what it means: a real, disclosed amount, within the range the research supports, described honestly. Not the biggest number. The true one.

See the ION BLUE GHK-Cu serum — 0.10% pure GHK-Cu (1,000 ppm), disclosed.

A note on honesty: cosmetic skincare is not medicine. We frame our ingredients as studied for certain skin-related pathways — not proven to treat, cure, or change any condition. We'd rather tell you exactly where the evidence stands than oversell you.
