Refund policy

Returns
Unopened ION BLUE products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The bottle must be unopened with its seal intact and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@ion-blue.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, leaking, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

If the serum doesn't agree with your skin
Stop using it and email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the product price, even if the bottle is opened. If you have a reaction, please also tell us what happened. We take every report seriously and use it to keep the product safe.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
